Strategic Objective:
To bridge the gap between local lived experiences and national policy by modeling evidence-based interventions that influence the Government of Bangladesh and development partners to adopt more inclusive, pro-poor governance.
Key Focus Areas:
- Evidence-Based Policy Influence: Leveraging HCCB’s proven field models and data-driven “good practices” to provide the Government with a design for effective community development.
- Collective Grassroots Mobilization: Empowering local organizations and community groups to form a united front, identifying and challenging the systemic barriers that stall development.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Navigating the ecosystem of development agencies and authorities to ensure the needs of the most vulnerable are prioritized in high-level decision-making.

- The extent to which HCCB’s models, data, or reports are formally cited or adopted by government bodies and development agencies in their strategic planning.
