• Inclusive Higher Education Access: Providing targeted financial and material “bridging” support to girls, students with disabilities, and those from ultra-poor backgrounds to prevent academic dropout.
• Academic Persistence & Resilience: Mentoring and supporting students throughout their higher education journey to ensure they have the tools and stability needed to graduate.

 Key results and Indicators:

• % of HCCB-supported scholars (disaggregated by gender and disability) who successfully remain enrolled and advance to the next level of their higher education.
• % of supported students who successfully complete their degree requirements and enter the workforce or formal employment within 12 months of graduation.
