  • Health Workforce Capacity and Competency: strengthen the knowledge, skills, and practical competencies of health workers through targeted training, mentoring, and continuous learning to improve service quality.
  • Respectful and Patient-Centered Care: promote respectful, non-judgmental, and culturally appropriate care that upholds dignity, privacy, and informed choice for all patients, especially women, adolescents, and marginalized groups.
