• Youth Leadership & Decision-Making: Equipping adolescent girls with the life skills and leadership agency to negotiate their futures, continue their education, and make informed choices regarding their health and marriage.
• Community-Led Protection & Advocacy: Activating local “Wedding Buster” groups and religious leaders to provide a social safety net, ensuring 100% birth registration and rapid response to GBV.
• Engaging Male Allies & Gatekeepers: Partnering with “Champion Fathers,” Imams, and marriage registrars to transform traditional perceptions of girls’ roles and promote positive masculinity within the household.

Key results and Indicators:

• % of girls in program areas who reach the age of 18 or above before marriage.
• % of adolescent girls (married or unmarried) successfully transitioning to and completing Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) levels.
• # of GBV survivors who receive comprehensive assistance from local authorities or support groups within the critical 72-hour window.
• % of married adolescent girls who independently or jointly decide to use family planning methods to delay their first pregnancy until at least age 18.
• % of “Change Agent” groups demonstrating leadership by successfully organizing community-wide actions against child marriage or “eve-teasing.”
